If you are looking for finished new features, many are not there yet. This update does contain a lot of bug fixes (probably shiny new bugs too!) and most of the chat command code has been re-organised.
I finally finished the main task on the admin commands today. Only thing left is to sort them alphabetically.

To help test the new code (expect surprise radiation leaks) type /set update branch nukacola, then type /update code
To return to the stable branch type /set update branch stable, then swear off nukacola with /update code. You may need to restart the bot before it will accept the 2nd /set update branch. I had to poke it a bit in testing but I didn't need to touch the code and it worked after /reload code.
