Tidying up the bot's chat command code, moving almost all bot commands to individual functions. It is a huge task that will allow for better organisation and management of commands once it is done including setting custom access levels, sorting the commands in the code itself and just making it easier for me to find the commands (see screenshot). As a bonus I have been improving some of the commands along the way, consolidating others and even removing a few. There are several other improvements sneaking in there such as making sure all bot money increments accept a decimal point and store as a float not an integer, and adding new stuff like the ability to auto ban non-whitelisted players who have a VAC ban.
