Fixed an issue with the bot's dig and fill commands.
Changed the player lookup to also return the owner steam ID
Moved a database update from happening every 3 seconds to every minute which should reduce load on the bot's database server.
After some feedback about my little ban change, it now only bans one steam key as the server bans both but if you unban the steam key, the bot will also unban the owner key if it is different.
