Our goal is to provide 99% uptime the other 1% is for bot updates which is normally once a month, lately due to new feature releases & bot performance improvements we've been doing it weekly or every other day.
The updates are done in a way where you wont notice, and no data goes unsaved. All is saved & in good hands.
